The Los Angeles Angels have been one of the winningest teams in baseball over the past decade and stability is a big reason why.
The Angels have had the least turnover of players and staff over the past three years, proving that continuinty does, in fact, breed success.
Players like Vladamir Guerrero, John Lackey and Chone Figgins, along with manager Mike Scioscia, have provided a lot of stability.
As the team has grown older together, they have become tighter and definitely developed a chemistry with one another.
It will be interesting to see if other MLB teams start looking to follow the Angels lead when it comes to building their organization.

The Los Angeles Angels used a nine-run 13th inning to cruise past the stunned Baltimore Orioles, 17-8.
The Angels had a few opportunities before the 13th inning to gain the lead but were unable to execute with men on base.
That was not a problem whatsoever in the 13th inning, which began with the Angels loading the bases.
From there, it was an unending parade of hits, with Juan Rivera’s three-run home run being the big blow.

The Los Angeles Angels have had more than their share of injuries this season, especially with the starting rotation.
The latest casualty just happens to be pitcher Joe Saunders, forcing the Angels to dip into their farm system yet again.
This time it will be Trevor Bell getting the call. He will become the 13th pitcher to start a game for the club this season, the most in the majors.
The left-handed Saunders is on his way to the disabled list because of a sore shoulder, so Bell could get a few starts before heading back down to the minors.

Over the past decade, it’s been almost a forgone conclusion that the Los Angeles Angels would win the American League West title.
The Seattle Mariners had a short run where they provided some competition as did the Oakland Athletics, but it’s been pretty much smooth sailing for the Angels.
The Texas Rangers, however, are making it a little bit more challenging this year for Los Angeles.
Usually, the Rangers get off to a decent start but then fade fast because of their weak starting pitching. That doesn’t look like it’s going to happen this year, so the Angels will have to stay sharp through the stretch run.
